| Coastal Automatic Transmission Fluid D/M is a new generation automatic transmission fluid that is approved for H specification and recommended for use in automobile |
and truck automatic transmissions, power-shift transmissions, and other types of service requiring an approved and licensed GM DEXRON III (H) or Ford MERCON automatic transmission fluid (also exceeds the requirements of DEXRONIII, DEXRONIIE, IID, and II specifications).
Coastal Automatic Transmission Fluid D/M is also approved for industrial transmission requirements such as Allison C-4, Caterpillar TO-2, and Ford specifications M2C138-CJ and M2C166-H. This fluid has excellent low temperature flow characteristics and offers outstanding resistance to oxidation, rust and corrosion, resists foaming, aeration, and excessive thinning at high operating temperatures. This fluid is dyed red for easy identification.
Coastal Automatic Transmission Fluid D/M is not for use in transmissions requiring Ford Type F fluid.
Coastal Type F Automatic Transmission Fluid is blended with highly refined base oils and a specially balanced additive package that combine to give outstanding performance in the areas of high temperature oxidation resistance, corrosion and rust protection, and dispersancy and detergency.
Coastal Type F Automatic Transmission Fluid meets the requirements of Ford specification M2C33-F and is recommended for use in all Ford passenger car automatic transmissions prior to the 1977 models, as well as many 1977 through 1980 models. Please check the recommendation in the owners manual to determine the correct fluid, as misapplication may cause severe performance problems.
Coastal Type A Automatic Transmission Fluid is blended to provide outstanding performance and is recommended for use in all automatic transmission fluids requiring Type A fluid.
Coastal ATF+4 is the recommended fluid for use in Chrysler group automatic transmissions. It is formulated to meet ATF+4 specification MS-9602, ATF+3 specification MS-7176E, ATF+2, and ATF. It is recommended and licensed for all transmissions that call for ATF+4 fluid.
Multi-Vehicle Synthetic Blend Automatic Transmission Fluid is a premium quality, semi-synthetic transmission fluid designed for use in automatic transmissions in most domestic and import passenger cars and light trucks. This fluid has been formulated to provide smooth shifting and excellent anti-shudder performance in a wide variety of vehicles. It has exceptional shear stability and oxidization resistance of long service life, providing excellent wear protection, and helps protect against sludge and varnish buildup. Approved for ZF application TE ML 03D, 04D, 14B, 16L, and 17C. Suitable for use in most Honda/Acura, Hyundai, Jeep, Mercedes-Benz, Mitsubishi (Diamond SP II or SP III), Nissan, (Matic D, J or K)/Infiniti, Saturn, Toyota (T-III & T-IV)/Lexus/Scion, VW/Audi, most European vehicles including BMW & Volvo, most Asian vehicles including Daewoo, Isuzu, Kia, Mazda and Suzuki. Multi-Vehicle Synthetic Blend Automatic Transmission Fluid is not for use in transmissions requiring Ford Type F or DEXRONVI, or in Continuously Variable Transmissions (CVT) applications.
COASTAL DEXRON-VI ATF is the latest generation automatic transmission fluid approved by General Motors for use in vehicles with automatic transmissions. This unique fluid is specially formulated to provide twice the service life of DEXRON-III (H) ATF and offers improved performance for new and older transmissions. It is formulated to provide improved oxidation stability, shear stability, friction durability, and wear protection to help meet warranty protection requirements in late model vehicles.
BENEFITS:

When compared to DEXRON-III (H) ATF, Coastal DEXRON-VI provides the following benefits:
* Extends the life of the transmission
* Improved oxidation and thermal stability
* Enhanced foam control
* Outstanding low temperature performance
* Superior anti-wear protection
* Improved torque transfer
APPLICATIONS:
COASTAL DEXRON-VI is recommended for all GM vehicles with Hydra-Matic automatic transmissions. It is fully back serviceable for DEXRON-III (H), (G), and IIE applications. Meets GM specification GMN10060.
General Motors DEXRON-VI ATF License Number: J-60318
Always consult your owner's manual for specific recommendations.
ADDITIONAL PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
COASTAL TO-4 DRIVE TRAIN OILS are formulated to meet the stringent
performance requirements of the Caterpillar TO-4 specification. These fluids are
recommended for equipment where specified TO-4 qualified oils are required in order to
maintain the Caterpillar equipment warranty. COASTAL TO-4 DRIVE TRAIN OILS
are blended to provide superior gear wear protection and excellent thermal stability while
maintaining a delicate balance of static and dynamic frictional characteristics with a
variety of materials to give smooth transmission power transfer under high horsepower
conditions. The balanced additive package provides substantially improved load carrying
capacities and durability and reduces brake chatter.
COASTAL TO-4 DRIVE TRAIN OILS are recommended for the lubrication of heavyduty
equipment in both highway and off-highway service that require a lubricant meeting
Caterpillar TO-4, Allison C-4, Komatsu KES 07.868.1, Komatsu Dresser, Komatsu
Micro-Clutch, ZF TE-ML 01, 03C, 07F, Eaton Vickers EH-1027C, Temec/TCC, Dana
Powershift, or API GL-3 specifications.
COASTAL TO-4 DRIVE TRAIN OILS provides excellent service in all Caterpillar
powershift transmissions, final drives, hydrostatic transmissions, torque converters,
hydraulics or any system which specify TO-4 qualified oils. The SAE 10W and SAE 30
grades can be used in all applications requiring and Allison C-4 qualified oils.
BENEFITS:
• Extends component life
• Excellent gear protection
• Oxidation and thermal stability for long life
• Excellent rust and corrosion protection
• Compatible with crankcase engine oils
• Improved friction and anti-wear performance compared to TO-2 fluids
COASTAL TO-4 DRIVE TRAIN OILS do not contain friction modifiers or viscosity
index improvers and CANNOT be used in farm tractors, and are not designed to be used
in engine crankcases.
